Log into your Japan2 account, select the specific order from your history, and click the 'Start Return' button to choose your items.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the goods.
